Job Descriptions:

•          Manage in daily operations in terms of in-store operations efficiency, manpower planning, talent development.
•          Lead and encourage frontline team on reaching shop targets and provide high quality CS
•          Closely work with Shop Supervisors to evaluate sales activity
•          Coach frontline team on CS skills; host training sessions when necessary
•          Communicate cross functional teams on marketing activities
•          Educate and improve operational strategies to enhance daily operations
•          Prepare operational analysis, routine reports and recommendations to facilitate management decision making.

Requirements

•          Degree holder or above
•          3+years of working experience in chain store. Beauty industry is preferred;
•          Strong leadership skills with positive and can do attitude
•          Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and data driven
•          Immediate availability is highly preferred
