Job Description
Lauris Walton is a global recruitment specialist in the professional services industry. We're partnering with a reputable law firm with a business presence mainly in Hong Kong to seek a Legal Secretary to join their corporate team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and partners
- Coordinate, organize, prepare, and interpret legal documents upon request by fee earners
- Handle files, daily correspondence, communications, and appointments
- Maintain up-to-date filing system
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as needed
Role requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines; LLB/LLM qualification will be advantageous but not essential
- Minimum of 1 year legal secretarial experience
- Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word-processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
