Job Description

• Responsible for handling customers registration, receiving payment, incoming calls and customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Help with the general operation of the clinic
• To greet customers and visitors with professional manner
• Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
• Handling other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above,
• at least 1 year stable working experience is a must,
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese and able to communicate in English and Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant, sincere and customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team spirits and positive working attitude
• Immediately available preferred
