Key Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Communicate with functional head to understand the business needs
• Initiate and implement recruitment strategies
• Prepare recruitment budget, HR reports and analysis
• Participate in HR projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management/Business or related discipline
• More than 3 years in-house recruitment experience from sizable company
• With recruitment firm experience is an advantage but not a must
• Proactive and energetic, able to work independently as well as a team player
• Excellent language skills, Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
