我們的客戶為一間國際知名公司，擁有全球多達3, 000名員工，專門處理首次公開售股章程、財務報告、通函和其他財務文件。

職責

• 為客人提供優質服務, 通過電子郵件和電話與客人溝通
• 解答客人查詢, 審查及跟進客戶請求
• 處理日常文書工作包括資料輸入
• 無需Cold Call 客人作任何銷售
• 每月輪班工作(早: 07:30 - 15:30/ 午: 15:30-23:30/晚: 23:30-07:30)

公司提供

• 五天工作 (星期一至五)
• 每月輪班津貼 (HK$ 3, 000 - HK$ 5, 000)
• 15天年假及銀行假期
• 完善培訓及晉升機會

要求

• 學位持有者
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
• 具有良好的客戶服務技能
• 願意輪班（每月安排一次輪班）
