• Responsible for daily operation and administrative support, including funding and compile proposal, reports;

• Assist Project Manager and the Board of Directors in planning and execution of local and non-local tour performances (if any), education program. Oversee project planning, logistic coordination & manpower management with training. Monitor ensemble practice and rehearsal;

• Deliver excellent and external liaison with government, corporation parties, vendor, schools, potential sponsors. Coordinate with third parties andenhance audience building;

• To assist in the promotion of company, including updating the website and social media platforms and newsletter editing, etc;

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

*May require work on weekend / public holiday (during touring/ performance/ exchange program)

Compensation: Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualification.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with working experience in event planning and management;

• Work experience in performance arts & culture & education organizations is preferred;

• Have passion for music, arts and traditional culture, and is willing to learn is preferred;

• Excellent inter-personal skills with good common sense, detail-oriented, independent and a good team player;

• Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with managing online social media platform. Knowledge in photo & video editing preferably;

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, and Putonghua preferably.

香港天籟敦煌樂團於 2018 年由香港政商界人士、前全國政協委員紀文鳳小姐創辦,獲新世界集團慈善基金提供種子基金資助成立,並得到笛簫演奏名家楊偉傑教授指導和協助組織。 樂團成員包括香港兩位年青作曲家和八位音樂家。初心是通過音樂弘揚和教育敦煌文 化和藝術,並將失傳了的敦煌壁畫內的場景音樂帶回人間。

樂團本著以人為本的教育精神和文化承傳的目標,以「行者」之心作樂,古樂新詮、 古譜入音,希望能帶動中樂年輕化。樂團致力通過敦煌古樂演繹及全方位教育課程, 培育人才,普及中樂,弘揚敦煌文化和藝術,並共同保護世界文化遺產。
