Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with superiors and related parties in developing and delivering training programs under AAI Academy;        
  
• Analyze training needs and organize training and development activities to meet company’s mission and objective within agreed budget;
  
• Proactively transfer insights into training plans to uphold company’s performance, drive, deliver and monitor the progress of various training programs for continuous and professional development for different business units and levels to facilitate individual staff development;
• Organize meetings with management to identify subjects be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes;        
• Establish the training evaluation and follow up mechanism to ensure the training programs meet objective;        
  
• Liaise with external training vendors and internal stakeholders for training programs and projects;     
• Regular catch up, meeting with stakeholders, closely monitor findings from different tools to ensure deliverables;        
  
• Coordinate training logistics and related administration works, including all training and marketing materials, management report and documentation, training budget and record, etc.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree holder in business or training related disciplines;        
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, preferably in related industry (senior position will be considered for candidates with more experiences);        
  
• Experience in analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation as well as developing yearly training plans and materials;       
  
• A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;       
  
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking;        
  
• Good organizing & planning skills, can-do attitude & capable of handling multi-tasks. Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment;        
  
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English is required, Mandarin is an advantage;   
  
• Proficient in MS office application.
