Responsibilities: 

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationship
• Conduct thorough database and desktop research. Understand the market trends and build the expertise within the field
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and identify potential candidates
• Update and maintain database
• Act as industry expert and providing professional consulting services to both clients and candidates

• University graduate with degree in Banking & Finance or Marketing or related discipline
• Prior experience in IT Sales/ recruitment industry will be an advantage
• Excellent phone manners
• Team player
• Sales-driven with positive and can-do attitude
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
