Job Duties :

• Report to superiors under the hierarchy of Investment Banking Department adopted from time to time;
• To assist in handling corporate finance assignments including IPO, M&A, financial advisory, compliance advisory and other fund raising activities;
• To assist in performing data analysis, financial modeling and market data research works;
• To assist in communicating and coordinating with clients and professional parties in the course of transaction execution under the supervision of superiors in the Investment Banking Department;
• To assist in coordinating and carrying out due diligence activities and documentation work;
• To assist in preparing marketing materials, liaising with clients and to arrange meetings and perform other necessary works to assist the marketing team of the Investment Banking Department;
• To assist in internal compliance work;
• To provide such other assistance as requested by superiors, including deal origination supports;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Employer.

 Requirements:  

• Bachelor or higher degree holder with major in finance, preferably holder of a professional accounting or legal qualification and/or other related disciplines;
• At least 1 year (2 years for associate) of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, legal, or any other corporate finance-related fields ;
• Independent, strong initiative and follow through, organized, conscientious efficient and works well under pressure;
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Willing to undertake frequent travel and extended stay from time to time.
