Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting
• Perform monthly financial analysis to monitor financial performance of restaurants against budget planning and identify the reasons of variation for management to support business decisions
• Understand the financial positioning on the pattern of cost, expenditure and revenue, give recommendation to prevent potential issues (if any)
• Prepare cash flow forecast
• Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff for the daily book-keeping of financial records, including review of vouchers and payments
• Guide and compile consolidation of F&B division’s financial results for Group consolidation on quarterly basis
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax filing
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with the representatives of shareholders of Lai Sun Dining Group
• Assist in ad hoc assignment from management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and with CPA qualification
• At least 10 years of relevant finance or accounting experiences, preferably in prominent company, prestige chain restaurant or food and beverage/ hospitality group
• Strong in budgeting and forecasting and financial modelling skills
• Well-organized, detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Able to meet tight deadlines, responsible, and self-motivated
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
