• Mainly monitor the currency rates being updated, trade execution, and client positions
  
• Prepare for various business reports daily– internal and regulatory
• To provide ongoing support & development of client basis, development & growth of client relationships, plus analysis and identification of growth opportunities within the business services offered to clients
• Monitor clients’ margin status and perform margin calls operation
• Work closely with other teams to provide support and respond promptly to coordinate FX trading activity on an adhoc basis
• Collaborate with global offices
• Answer general inquiries with related to the trading platforms and services we offer
• No need to trade but place trades for customers on the phone as necessary 
• Punctual and work diligently towards personal and team targets

• A degree holder (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
• A passion to learn and succeed in the FX market and industry
• Interested in dealing (hedging) as well as middle-office operations such as reconciliation and communication with banks
• Good at Math/Calculations and under high pressure such as the extremely volatile market conditions
• Good in Excel (PivotTable, vlookup, sumif, countif etc.), familiar with macro or VBA is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and have the ability to meet deadlines of the assigned tasks
• A team player and self-starter who can work for multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Morning shift 8 AM – 4 PM / Afternoon Shift 12 PM – 8PM),
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; some Japanese language aptitude is an advantage
