Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Risk Management Department and responsible for the overall market risk management function of the Bank;
• Monitoring of market risk limit, preparation of market risk management report and market risk stress test, and presentation in Risk Management Committee;
• Development and enhancement of market risk related policies,review the latest regulatory requirements in market risk area;
• Participate in hedge accounting, treasury and other banking system implementation project, and participate in new product development process.
• Take up ad hoc projects and assignments when required.

Requirements：

• University Degree, preferably major in Risk Management, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Statistics or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in market risk management function;
• Holder of professional qualifications-CFA,FRM or Enhanced CompetencyFramework on Treasury Management;  
• Strong analytical mind, independent, good problem solving and multi-task handling ability;
• Strong computer skill particularly in Excel and VBA；
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
