1. Assist in handling SFC inquires, such as Sections 181 and 329 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
2. Conduct regular compliance monitoring, such as staff account monitoring, various compliance report
3. Assist in organizing internal compliance training and preparing the training materials
4. Conduct research on laws and regulations
5. Review simple contracts
6. Provide daily clerical support to the department
7. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
1. Undergraduate with major in Law, Accounting, Finance or Business Management is preferred
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
3. Responsible, disciplined, self-motivated and a good team player
4. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skill
