Newbit Fiduciary Services (Hong Kong) Limited is an independent fund administrator providing fully integrated fund services, including fund launch support, NAV Calculations, transfer agency, financial reporting, FATCA and CRS services to our clients.

We are currently looking for talent to join our team as Business Implementation and Development Manager.

As the Business Implementation and Development Manager, you will / have to:

• Manage and process end-to-end client implementation process on fund service solutions;
• Work closely with fund accounting, investor services and compliance team and actively participate in both internal and external client meetings on solution implementations;
• Provide advisory support and services to clients and internal stakeholders across lines of business;
• Solicit new fund administration business and provide total fund services solutions to customers;
• Achieve various individual sales/business targets and contribute to that of the business unit;
• Build and manage customer portfolio, maintain cordial customer relationships and provide quality customer services;
• Work closely with Fund services teams and other internal departments to come up with innovative and flexible solutions under the keen market competition.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to promote fund administration products/services

It would be great if you are/have:

• 5 years’ experience in products, business development or marketing gained from Fund Administrators, Custodians or Fund Managers
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance, or any related discipline.
• A broad and deep understanding of Fund products is a definite advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
