Job Purpose

• Provide full range of client account services proactively to clients
• Be competent in handling all account services enquiries
• Monitor potential risks of clients’ accounts

• Perform and follow up with account opening duties, like conducting KYC, AML and due diligence checks, etc., to ensure smooth and proper process of client onboarding and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
• Provide quality services, for example, answering clients enquires, handling transaction matters, and performing other administrative tasks, related to online securities account
• Collaborate with internal parties to provide effective and efficient client services and support
• Handle and assist in ad-hoc assignments/ projects as and when required

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Management or Finance related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in client servicing, gained in financial services industry
• Knowledge on SFC requirements an advantage
• Excellent client service mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and independently; with outstanding spirit of team work
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
