Our client, a top notch and sizable Asset Management company would like to invite qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:

AVP, FUND ADMINISTRATION / MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance monitoring as per the investment restrictions of the portfolio, Trust deed and SFC regulatory requirements to fulfill the fiduciary duties of Trustee;
• Lead a team of fund services  staff to perform funds subscription/ redemption orders forms received from investors / fund managers and maintain the shareholders record;
• Checking of daily reconciliation of stock and cash balances of fund against bank statements and resolve all discrepancies timely;
• Implement control procedures, risk management processes and compliance checklists to minimize documentation, fiduciary, operational risk and regulatory risks;
• Provide training to team members on systems, procedures, reporting settlement, market practices and client servicing skills;
• Participates into UAT testing on regular system upgrade and system enhancement;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 - 5 years experience in fund administration and services; prior business analyst experience in fund administration is preferable;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in administering mutual funds, unit trust and MPF schemes with hands on experience in UAT testing and system enhancement on workflow procedures and streamline business processes which cover automate pricing, valuation, trade support and settlement; 
• Must possess solid knowledge of fund operations, control and compliance;
• Proactive with solid client servicing skills and strong communication and people management skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in computer including Word, Excel, etc.;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager grade*
