• Provide professional hotline services to clients
• Handle general enquiries and complaints from different channels (online/offline)
• Handle customer’s applications, transactions and instructions
• Collaborate with other related business/support units
• Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements

• Secondary Education or above with minimum 1 year customer services experience, preferably from FI
• Passed 5 subjects in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese or English, and Mathematics
• Passed in IIQE 1, 2, 3, 4 &/ SI 1, 7, 8 is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a big plus
