Responsibilities

• Daily operational support of FICC sales & trading activities as well as Financial Products team (Cross-border TRS, Structured notes/Equity Derivatives etc), including a/c opening, master trade agreements process (ISDA/CSA, GMRA etc) coordination, pre-trade limit check, and post-trade booking verification, pnl reconciliation, risk monitoring, and MIS reporting;
• Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Ops and Legal to ensure smooth trade execution process;
• Business performance tracking and analysis;
• Projects: Front Arena System implementation & testing;
• On-going process improvement that lead to time/cost saving, better client service, and enhanced risk management and controls.

Requirements

• University degree or above 
• SFC Type 1 Securities license holder, FRM, CFA qualification is a plus;
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in securities firms or investment banks. Fixed income, structured products, and OTC derivatives operations/sales or trade support/client service experience preferable;
• Solid knowledge in financial products across asset classes with risk control mindset;
• Client service and project management experience preferred;
• Clear communication skills, strong writing and interpersonal skills. Project/client/risk management skills is a plus;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking/listening/writing;
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (excel, ppt. Bloomberg, Front Arena, Calypso system knowledge is a plus.
