Responsibilities:

• Develop new Institutional clients and maintain existing client’s relationship of the Institutional Sales Department;
• Promote the Company Branding and Research products;
• Proactively sourcing and initiating deals for the company;
• Participate in placement and IPO underwriting; 
• Source and originate any business opportunities;
• Arrange roadshow program, including NDR, research analyst marketing roadshow and IPO/SPO project roadshow

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Equities Sales, with established client base;
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out licensed activities;
• Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and customer service skills;
  Self-motivated, aggressive and responsible;
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must
