Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact within the investment community.
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, road shows and annual investor events.
• Work directly with senior management, developing strong relationships across key internal teams, including finance, legal and communications, to build a better understanding of the business and to ensure up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of the company.
• Prepare and organize corporate materials including press releases, presentations, fact sheets, etc.
• Keep in frequent contact with sell-side research coverage and manage external expectations
• Assist in the writing of letters to shareholders, earnings scripts, press releases and other senior level communications.
• Improve and maintain the IR databases, calendars, internal reporting, scheduling, meeting recording, general and web communications, presentations, etc.
• Track and analyze industry-related financial and market data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Around 8 years of professional experience, spanning in-house investor relations, investment banking and/or sell side equity research
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and equity markets.
• Proficiency in analyzing and explaining complex business issues and financial concepts.
• A proven, successful track record in developing and managing relationships with analysts, investors and the media is critical.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical space is a MUST
• Equity Research background is welcome
• Full professional proficiency in English
