Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
- Lead cross-departmental projects, provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Facilitate transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction
- Drive and monitor progress of innovative and transformational projects
- Participate at regional process transformation
- Prepare various reports to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Finance/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy planning and project management, experience gain in banking industry is preferable
- Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific are preferable
- Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Master is preferable
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Familiar with computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and able to set up Excel macros is an advantage
- Flexible and adaptive to changes
