Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client account opening, KYC and AML checking and updating client data
• Supports the daily operations and sales activities of brokerage sales teams
• Handle client enquires and account opening procedure
• Ensure client account documentations are in accordance with Company's standards and regulatory requirements
• Carry out routine works for day-to-day dealing & CS operations
• Provide quality customer services and handle client's inquiries
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks
• Performs ad hoc duties / projects assigned by superior
• Assist in placing orders for clients

• Diploma / Degree holder in Finance or business related disciplines 
• Licensed with SFC Type 1,2 (Dealing in securities/ futures) or passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, 8 is a must
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance or securities industry is an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
