Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily treasury transaction support, handling all money-in and money-out flows.
- Monitor daily/monthly company cashflows, participate in cash management to ensure adequate fundings on corporate accounts for processing the expected transaction volume.
- Guarantee the most economical and fastest settlement process of client's funds.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure they can provide the right responses to clients.
- Undertake any payments-related duties, as required, such as handling settlement of client's funds, establish treasury policies, actioning and monitoring of treasury reports, verification and reporting of client payments data, suspension of client accounts, bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation.
- Carry out data analysis, including monthly actual cash flow analysis and forecast to support management decision.
- Assist in identifying areas for development of the service in line with the strategy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing files, control them and process them into our system making sure all balances match and you have reconciled all data and investigated all the differences.
- Assist with the implementation of new payment and monitoring processes required to support developments in new service initiatives or geographical expansions.
- Actively seek and develop new payment systems and banking relationships.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related discipline.
- At least 3 years or above relevant treasury management experience, in which more than 1-year experience on cash management aspect.
- Meticulous, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Equip with solid knowledge in crypto-currency and blockchain technology.
- Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) with excellent interpersonal skills and conversant with all levels of employees.
- Export/Import settlement experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to learn and work as a good team player.
- Proven effective and result-oriented problem solving skills.
- Less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
