Job Description

You will be responsible for :

  • leading a small team and be responsible for the overall treasury function including payment operation, payment gateway administration, bank account administration, cash flow analysis and investment evaluation;
  • assisting the management in managing and negotiating treasury related contracts;
  • preparing treasury monthly report and investment committee paper for management review;
  • developing corporate financing solution and acquiring credit approval from banks or financial institutions for the future financing needs of the Authority;
  • maintaining and strengthening relationship with banks. Assisting management in negotiating terms on financing, investment and hedging activities;
  • managing risk exposure and developing corporate capital structures of the Authority;
  • assisting management to prepare business plan and corporate plan by projecting future cash flow requirement and updating management on financial and liquidity position of the Authority;
  • assisting in month end closing and annual audit;
  • participating in any other ad hoc assignment when required.

You should :

  • possess a recognised university degree in finance, business administration or equivalent;
  • preferably be a professional member of recognised institutions;
  • have at least 10 years of relevant experience;
  • liaise with banks and financial institutions, preferably have experience in corporate treasury,  banking or audit field;
  • demonstrate in-depth knowledge of treasury operation, corporate financing and risk management;
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
