Job Description:

• Calculate net asset value for funds and discretionary accounts and ensure delivery of accurate and timely valuation reports to client
• Capture trade, corporate action and cash transaction into the fund accounting system and perform reconciliation against Custodian’s record
• Compute performance fee for funds/ class/ series in accordance with the fund document
• Handle full set of accounts and assist in annual audit queries and preparation of annual financial statements for the funds
• Perform system set up for new Fund/ Share class launch
• Conduct investment compliance monitoring and report for any exceptions
• Assist to oversee the activities of the SFC authorized funds
• Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in banking operations and fund administration
• Good knowledge in finance and accounting
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize different tasks
• Able to work independently and work as a team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in using Bloomberg terminal will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
