Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our clients. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations by constantly innovating to improve the onboarding and account opening processes.
- Process account opening/ periodic reviews, maintenance requests and static data updating requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation received is updated, accurate and completed.
- To provide prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients.
- Assisting in ad-hoc/ ongoing regulatory projects and performing relevant controls embedded in the KYC process.
- Assist in the development of existing and new service stream methodologies. Drive innovation.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration to safeguard the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related discipline
- 1 year of experience in banks, forex / currency exchanges with account opening & periodic reviews experience
- Familiar in performing CDD reviews/ screening via system
- Familiar in AML/KYC/Regulatory regimes in APAC
- Equip with solid knowledge in crypto-currency and blockchain technology
- Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) with excellent interpersonal skills and conversant with all levels of employees
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, willing to learn and work as a good team player.
