Responsibilities:
• Execute dealing orders;
• Provide service for dealing, online trade and quote services;
• Handle internal communications;
• Support daily operation at trading desk;
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned;
• Provide professional administrative and customer services support;
• Responsible for answering customer enquiries via different channels, including social media platform, phone call and email;
• Deliver quality customer service through call activities, follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner;
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
• 1 years experience or below or Fresh Graduate is welcome;
• Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency is preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel;
• Knowledge in Securities trading industry is a plus;
• Knowledge in Mainland China customers is a plus;
• Positive, self-motivated with good communication skills.
