Responsibilities:

• Execute onshore and offshore fixed income trades orders in an accurate, timely and effective manner;
• Conduct the fundamental credit and sectors analysis, especially China USD bonds; Monitor and update the latest financial market development, key economic development, industry, business and financial risks of bond issuers to support investment decisions;
• Supervise junior trader / credit analyst(s) in trade execution, process, cost analysis and conducting ongoing due diligence on the fixed income products, structuring, arranging of structured finance, leveraged finance etc;
• Support the Fixed Income team by monitoring positions, P&L, liquidity, flow, market activities and preparing the trade / portfolio management reports; 
• Manage counterparty relationships and ensure smooth trade life cycle is completed, as well as identify ways to improve market access and generate new business;
• Coordinate or liaise with internal stakeholders in trade settlement and risk controls/positions;
• To perform ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics or related majors;
• At least 3 years of fixed income trading experience;
• Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
