Main Job Duties:

• Responsible for overall management and daily operations control for the securities department, including but not limited to the customer services, trading and dealing, settlement and accounting as well as proper internal risk control and annual audit, etc.;
• Assist in planning and executing business strategies and development, monitoring business result;
• Ensure the internal operational policies and procedures are in place properly, up to SFC standard and best market practices; and
• Other job duties as assigned by supervisor

 Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• Qualified as Responsible Officer Type 1, 4 under SFC;
• Good knowledge of SFC regulatory requirements, operation processes and market practices;
• Familiar with Hong Kong stock market;
• Experienced in custody, settlement, cash & treasury operations, etc.
• Responsible and able to work independently and enjoy team work as well;
• Excellent command of English and Putonghua
