Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, preferably in FCC advisory and High risk account opening
- Knowledge of AML Compliance and relevant regulatory requirements
- Exposure in project experience/ technical support in implementing and maintaining customer risk assessment model
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Working experience in Taiwanese Bank is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform enhanced due diligence review for customers identified as high risk
- Provide CDD advisory in client level to business in relations to AML/CTF matters
- Handle regulatory enquires & inspections, FCC matters
- Assist Team Head to advise management on compliance issues and potential impact of regulatory trends and developments
- Assist in conducting UAT on system, training and other ad hoc projects
