Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- To support Head of Investment Counsellor preparing regular investment commentary, research and house view preparation
- To receive clients’ phone or e-mail orders of OTC trade
- To execute the clients’ orders in wealth product with banks, brokers and fund houses
- To handle the wealth product financing trades (i.e. bond repo trades, funds and structured product leveraging) with banks and brokers
- To support the sales team in portfolio review, investment advise, and product training
- Act as a middle office staff to support the sales teams in following up with back office about internal and external account opening, settlement, product onboarding and due diligence matters, financial reporting etc
- Degree holder with 3 years dealing and operational support experience in financial products e.g. Funds, Bonds and Structured Product
- With Type 1 & Type 4 License
- Hardworking and keen to learn some new knowledge
- A team player with sound communication skills
- Experience in bank’s dealing desk is preferable
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin both orally and in written
- Immediate available will be an advantage
