Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand client base including institutional fund houses, investment banks, listed companies and high-net-worth clients
• Prepare business plans, proposals and pitch books, identify and understand clients' needs in order to explore new business opportunities
• Execute a wide range of capital market transactions, including but not limited, pre-IPO financing, IPO transactions, new share issues, share/ CB placements and other equity-linked transactions
• 可换股债券配售和其他股票挂钩交易
• Work on roadshows and fund raising on capital market activities
• Present research services and advising clients on investment opportunities
• Handle documents for necessary internal approval

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in capital markets with minimum 1 years’ experience in Equity Capital Market (excellent profile and resources with less experience would also be considered), preferably have strong client base

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience in dealing with regulators and other brokers
