• According to the company's investment strategy, analyse market changes and demands at macro and micro levels, and grasp the fundraising pace
• Make fundraising plans, write fundraising schemes, and complete fundraising of the company's directly invested funds and co-invested projects
• Develop and maintain investor relations, build LP resource database, regularly follow up and understand the investment needs of each LP
• Responsible for organizing fund road shows, regularly arranging investor meetings and communicating investment reports
• Participate in post-investment management of funds and projects, and follow up the latest progress of investment projects

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, management, economics or related field, with fund qualification
• Experience in fund house, asset management, fund of fund, multi-family office, or any other relationship management or sales role in the Finance field
• Appreciation for various asset classes and strategies and the roles that they play in institutional investors' portfolios
• Familiar with fund related policies, laws and regulations and investment and financing business process
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
