Job Descriptions:
- Handle client enquiries about investment products and service support
- Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
- Provide quality customer services and handle all client’s account services enquiries
- Achieve Individual sale target
- New business and account development
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above, with background of sales experiences or customer service are preferable
- Minimum 1 - 2 year related experience in customer services or sales role is preferred
- Holder of SFC licenses RA1 & 2 (with IA license is an advantage)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Able to work under pressure and independently with outstanding spirit of team work
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Fresh graduate with investment experience will be considered
