Responsibilities

• Support billing administration duties for the team and co-ordinate with clients
•  Prepare invoices and customer monthly statements
• Assist in general administration, document handling, data input and filing 
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Proficiency in MS office
• Self-motivated, responsible, well organized and positive
• Logical, analytical and sensitive to numbers
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with relevant experience will be considered as Billing Officer.
