This role is to provide business planning and analysis support to the Hong Kong Sales team by conducting data analysis and preparing reports & forecasts for management in formulating strategic business plans at a corporate level.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct different kinds of data analysis covering areas of retail sales KPIs, the productivity of retail staff, stock level, sales promotion as well as operation workflow and prepare management reports across different operational functions and business units.
• Provide business insight and identify opportunities for improvements in different areas.
• Work closely with Finance & Accounting Department and Senior Retail Sales Manager for shop profitability measurements.
• Present key analysis findings to Senior Retail Sales Manager and other stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Participate in the whole business development process through strategic leasing management of new and existing shops.
• Develop the operation standards for frontline staff and ensure they are executed consistently.
• Support the entire warehouse operation process to ensure that stock and non-stock deliveries are within budget.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, or other related disciplines
• Min. 3 years’ experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance fields gained from the Retail industry. 
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with sound business acumen
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, willing to work under pressure and drive changes
• Knowledge of extracting, screening and analyzing data from Point of Sales, ERP or financial management systems
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (power query, VBA, lookup), Words and PowerPoint
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
