Job Description

We are looking for candidates for the following positions for banks :-

(Job 1)  :  Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the banking segment (such as : retail bank, corporate bank, commercial bank, private bank, FI Non-Bank, etc.).
  • Develop the bank business via and across products portfolio to prospecting potential clients in the market.
  • Review the customer portfolio and market on a regular basis to refine business strategies and directions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years relevant experiences in the relevant business segment.
  • Previous exposure and experiences in soliciting businesses are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the banking products and services.
  • Familiar with the banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous exposure in proposals preparation in bank is highly preferred.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.

(Job 2)  :  Credit Risk Manager / Senior Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and identify negative news / risk symptoms relating to particular corporate borrowers and other market information which may have risk implication to asset quality of the corporate lending portfolio.
  • Monitor corporate borrowers of elevating risk / overdue repayment and coordinate with frontline units and Risk Management Department to come up with appropriate risk mitigation strategies and proactively involve in the early recovery actions.
  • Participate in devising and implementing thematic reviews on corporate borrowers in response to emergence of credit events / adverse changes in external economic / business environment.
  • Conduct sample check on loan usage and irregularities in relation to corporate lending to ensure compliance with the Bank's relevant requirements and approved credit conditions.
  • Prepare reports on concerned corporate borrowers and asset quality to the Senior Management, frontline units and relevant departments.
  • Liaise with South-east Asian Branches to keep track with corporate borrowers exhibiting risk symptoms.
  • Review credit management procedures and guidelines with respect to corporate lending and provide comments accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferred with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
  • At least 2 years' working experience in corporate lending, credit risk. management, credit approval / monitoring, portfolio management in the banking section.
  • Self-initiated, good analytical skills and able to work multi-tasks under pressure.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg etc.

(Job 3)  :  Credit Risk Manager - Risk Management

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate the Expected Credit Losses (ECL) Model.
  • Calculate Risk-weighted Assets (RWA) and monitor the risk weight of the bank’s credit exposure.
  • Economic capital modeling and application in the bank’s performance assessment.
  • Provide portfolio analysis and credit performance forecast in industry and country level, and prepare regular reports for risk committee and other management reports for senior management or head office.

Requirements

  • University degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Financial Engineering or other related discipline.
  • Professional qualification in CFA, FRM is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in credit risk management field, and familiar with BASEL and HKMA’s credit risk regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytic mind with good report writing skills
  • Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin).

 (Job 4)  :  Fund Transfer Pricing Manager – Asset & Liability

Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) management policy
  • Maintain FTP curves based on current market and assets and liabilities strategy
  • Respond to FTP quote requests from different business units
  • Maintain proper records on special FTP applications
  • Raise system requests for FTP implement and perform UAT
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis on ALM/FTP issue

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years of experience on balance sheet management, FTP management and familiar with banking business
  • Knowledge in foreign exchange, bonds, swaps and other treasury products
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Bloomberg/Reuters, MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in VBA will be a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

(Job 5)  :  Interest Rate Risk Management Manager – Asset Liability

Responsibilities:

  • Update interest rate risk management policy and procedures to align with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Enhance Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) management policy and publish FTP rates
  • Prepare ad hoc reports on interest rate hedging strategies in accordance with the latest market conditions and the Bank’s asset liability structure
  • Prepare daily interest rate risk report, including re-pricing gap reports and rate sensitivity analysis
  • Enhance current interest rate risk reports and provide user requirements for system enhancement
  • Prepare projections on the Bank’s net interest income and scenario analysis

Requirements:

  • University graduate with proven track record in interest rate risk management in Banking Book, FTP management and familiar with banking business and products
  • Good understanding on corresponding regulatory requirements
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint
