What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Executing the fund customer acquisition strategy by developing the sales plan and to delivering our ambitious fund distribution business target (fund customer number, sales, AUM, and fund revenue) as a growth hacker with competitive, strong entrepreneurial and start-up mind set
• Mobilize and coordinate with all stakeholders/functional teams on the implementation, tracking of sales plan and recommend any adjustment needed to achieve and to exceed sales goal
• Expert in fund distribution and digital wealth market
• Conduct market research on the competitive landscape and formulate growth strategies
• Take part in building data and customer-centric wealth solution by product innovation, new technology application and conducting extensive consumer research
• Perform product management duties such as fund manager selection, product assessment and product risk assignment
• Assist in establishing the tech/operational infrastructure

What is required and what we’re looking for

• University degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in wealth management, asset management or banking industry, of which minimum 5 years in fund product/distribution role
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital fund distribution channel
• Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation and fund manager research
• Strong experience in fund distribution at banks is a plus
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements in online fund distribution
• Sensitive to investment market dynamics
• Excellent numerical analytical skill
• Good understanding of Hong Kong wealth/investment regulatory framework
• Sound knowledge of digital retail investment products and operations
• Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
• Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
