Assist the senior team members in discharging the Department's responsibilities and ad hoc and general basis.

Responsible for daily pre-trade preclearance and monitoring triggered alerts on portfolio/Trading activities via Bloomberg POMS during trading hours to ensure compliance with investment guidelines.

Perform daily post trade compliance review and prepare investment compliance report to Head Office and CIOS.

Review of investment guidelines of fund prospectus / IMA.

POMS rules set- up and testing for new funds.

Enhancement of existing rules set up on POMS for funds under management.

Constant communication with Seoul Head Office with respect to compliance matter of Korea-domiciled Funds.

Constant communication with the Trustee for investment monitoring of ETFS.

Constant communication with Luxembourg Fund Administrator for the investment monitoring of SICAV portfolio.

Coordinate with overseas offices, including Seoul and US on the investment monitoring matters of Korea-domiciled Funds, SICAV and US mutual funds.

Conduct compliance review and/or testing for compliance monitoring purposes of policies and procedures.

Prepare and submit required reports to SFC e.g. annual reports of SICAV and ETF, BRMQ, surveys), MAS and US SEC.

Responsible for Disclosure of Interest reporting to the HKEX and Listed Companies,

Assist in the internal controls monitoring and carry out internal controls tests.

Assist in updating internal policies and procedures in response to any regulatory update.

Act as back up of the team as necessary.
