Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Manager to manage operations related matters with internal and external parties.
• Provide supervision to Operation team to ensure smooth operation and deliver high quality of customer services to both internal and external parties.
• Process and approve new business of Wealth Management division.
• Manage and support financial advisers including new application, policy servicing, payment related questions and other enquiries.
• Respond to financial advisers’ enquiries and provide professional and accurate response in accordance to agreed service standard.
• Liaise with financial advisers on pending cases and service requests.
• Prepare monthly operations reports for management purposes.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and being the liaison to cooperate with different internal departments as well as external parties for business support purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years working experience which at least 2 years at supervising level.
• Relevant IFA working experience is a definite plus.
• Be proactive with good communication skill, customer focused and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and cooperate with people at all level.
• Excellent bi-lingual creative writing and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
