Cornerstone Global Partners is working with one of the largest multinational life insurers who are currently looking to hire a Bancassurance business development assistant manager to manage to help provide channel support.

Role Overview
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners frontline staff, business managers and district managers through providing operations support training and marketing/sales programs.
• Organize events (sales events, incentives, meetings) between bank and insurer.
• Help set business targets and KPI’s for sales staff and help push momentum for sales.

Ideal Candidate
• Over 4 years of relevant experience within Bancassurance sales support, business development, client servicing or bank frontline experience.
• Bancassurance Support/Channel Management experience is a big plus
• University graduate with strong spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Candidates with IIQE 1, 3 are preferred
