Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Responsibilities:

• Approve secured and unsecured products application according to credit lending policy and guidelines
• Supervise Credit and Application Processing Section, formulate and review lending policy, guidelines and procedures
• Ensure credit underwriting process is comply with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
• Revamp and streamline the existing workflow for applications
• Perform data analysis for retail banking customers and work with Marketing to develop new business initiative for secured and unsecured loan products
• Monitor both secured and unsecured products loan portfolio quality
• Collection account monitoring and oversee the operation and performance on Debt Collection Agency

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferable in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in both secured and unsecured lending policy and credit underwriting process, of which 5 years at management level
• Sound knowledge in implementation of application processing and scoring system, regulatory, risk and related compliance requirements
• Pro-active, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
