• Assist the promotion of the products and take care of customer accounts.
• Support business acquisition activities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle in accordance with prevailing policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of market trends and changes to the regulatory environment of retirement products.
• Manage and liaise with vendors/users on the systems with customer data, including database management, requirement specifications, UAT planning and implementation plan.
• Conduct business analysis for the products and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements:

• University graduate with degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or Marketing related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in customer engagement, sales management or customer relationship management. Experience in sales roles in banking/insurance sectors, or proven track record of end-to-end CRM system management is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage/secured loan/insurance products with analytical mind and business acumen.
• Recognised professional insurance qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Mature, self-motivated and eager to learn with positive attitude.
• Detail-minded and able to work independently; Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Hands on experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
