Purpose:

  • Responsible for the sales development of investment brokerage and insurance brokerage business.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategy to increase business revenue.
  • Formulate and execute recruitment plans to expand frontline channels.

The Job:

  • Promote product platform of FWDFP to existing frontline channels to increase business revenue and attract talents to join FWDFP.
  • Prepare product comparisons, sales campaign, market updates for frontline channels to drive business.
  • Maintain and develop business relationship with business partners, including product providers, B2B partner and frontline channels.
  • Together with head of department, ensure all LRs meeting regulatory and compliance requirements when conducting business.
  • Organize and arrange trainings and seminars for frontline line.
  • Preparation of sales management reports and other business reports when necessary.

The Person:

  • Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in wealth management industry.
  • Solid product knowledge in both investment and insurance brokerage.
  • Strong industry network and experience in building frontline teams.
  • Aggressive, independent, result oriented and highly-motivated
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
