Purpose: Support and ensure smooth daily operation of the fund under management

 Main job duties, including but not limited to:

- Responsible for daily asset management operations duties, such as maintain fund database, trade and cash reconciliation, fund valuation, etc.;

- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and prime brokers on a daily basis;

- Provide assistance in new fund set up/ new project implementation;

- Provide assistance in NAV calculation and confirmation;

- Prepare required documents for auditors, handle administrative duties for the department, etc.;

- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

- Degree holder or above in accounting, business administration or related discipline preferred

- Knowledge in accounting and SFC 9 preferred

- Fund operations or fund accountant related experience preferred；fresh graduate with asset management knowledge and PRC exposure will also be considered

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; native Putonghua is a must

- Strong PC skills, particularly Excel

- Detail minded, sensitive to figures, responsible, willing to learn and enjoy team work
