• Manage OTC trade support of middle office to complete the day to day trade booking, confirmation handling, client enquires. Ensure the daily tasks are all completed accurately in a timely manner;
• Monitor the  trading preparation, update client trade limit, stock restriction list in trading system
• Supervise trade booking and maintenance for bond, repo, reverse repo, note, OTC swaps etc.
• Participate in meetings related to business / trading system new projects/new system enhancements as well as UAT;
• Stay current with market information such as regulatory update to make sure no impact on trading;
• Liaise with front office and other internal parties to fulfill clients’ requirements;
• Maintain internal control procedure to fufill external and internal audit requirements;
• Team management which includes providing training and coaching, addressing any staff performance issues, arranging holiday coverage etc.;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics  or related subjects;
• Minimum 5-8 years of middle office experience with solid understanding in equities and fixed income products;
• Solid understanding in Equities and Fixed Income;
• Expert user in MS Excel including VBA;
• Self-motivated and well organized;
• Strong analytical and presentation skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in building effective collaboration with cross-functional partners across seniority levels;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus
