Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational risk related activities for HK including client complaints, legal case investigation, operational risk incident and mishandling reporting
• Support the team on local risk governance forums and other risk and contorl related matters
• Risk related analysis and engagement on certain client related matters from a business and operational risk perspective
• Cooridnate with internal stakeholders including front office private bankers and legal and compliance team
• Assist on the trend analysis and management reporting to enhance risk awareness

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of private banking business risk and control experience ideally, candidates with strong private banking product knowledge and keen on risk and control field will also be considered
• Chinese language skill is a must, fluent in Chinese speaking, reading and writing
• Strong risk and control mindset with a focus on business growth
• Team player with the ability to interact with stakeholders from different functions
• Detail-oridented and strong in Excel
• Good knowledge of mul-asset class of investment products
• Sound knowledge of HKMA, SFC guidelines
