Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Office, we are seeking for a Senior Finance Officer to join the Group Finance Department.  This role will report to the Manager, Group Finance on maintaining the routine finance operations as well as ensuring all documentations and reports are prepared and maintained properly.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise the Receivable team to maintain the “Order-to-Cash” (O2C) cycle including template establishment, reconciliation, credit management, payment collection, data management and reporting
• Act as system administration of the Data Management System (DMS) and Concur
• Support the Accounting team on the “Record-to-Report” (R2R) function including transactions recording, month/year end closings, consolidation of departmental accounts, balance sheet & P&L reconciliations and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax schedules
• Lead the travel and claim administration
• Oversee the bank reconciliation function

General requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or holder of LCCI Level 3
• At least 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
• Good knowledge in book-keeping and high proficiency in MS Excel
• Sharp problem-solving skill, detailed oriented and willing to learn
• Being an outgoing team player, able to communicate with stakeholders
• Good command of both written and spoken English
