Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and provide a full range of company secretarial services to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance as well as other applicable laws and regulations;
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants and bankers on company secretarial and compliance issues;
- Manage statutory filings and correspondence with relevant regulatory authorities and governmental departments;
- Provide administrative supports to the company;
- Provide KYC support to the business and completion of commercial transactions;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments.
- Diploma holder or over in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in company secretarial matters with at least 3 years in managerial level;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Secretarial Officer. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Familiar with Companies Ordinance;
- Self-motivated,well organized and able to work independently;
- Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Working Experiences in secretary company will be preferable.
- Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries members will be preferable.
