Job Description
This is an user administration role to support for the Group's finance system (Oracle EBS) and coordinate user support with IT team for other sub-systems. The role will need to assist manager in various business system projects rollout if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Administrate daily operation and setup for finance system
- Provide training and technical support to user
- Closely work with users to identify improvement areas in finance operations, evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations to manager
- Collaborate with IT and consultants for system enhancements and lead user acceptance test
- Assist manager to work on various projects rollout and major upgrade when necessary
- Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS functions and with minimum 5 years experience in finance system user support role
- Experience in system implementation or upgrade
- Some knowledge of accounting and finance processes
- Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- With knowledge in PLSQL and VBA is an advantage
